Robert brings high levels of proven marketing and sales experience to his sales associate position at Turpin Real Estate. He has found great success in the real estate field based on his strong knowledge of the market, strategic alliances and business networks. Having moved several times for business during his career, and with significant relocation experience, he can offer sound personal and professional advice to relocating clients. Prior to marketing and selling homes, he owned Imagineer Marketing for many years which focused on the food industry.
The aspects of Robert’s real estate career he most enjoys include problem-solving, negotiating, and providing a positive outcome for his clients. A longtime resident of New Jersey, Robert has lived in Bergen, Somerset and Hunterdon Counties and has sales experience throughout the state.
An entrepreneurial spirit led Robert to create The Oldwick Soup Company and “Love The Soup.com”. As the partner and owner of this award-winning firm, he manufactures and sells a variety of new-age local, artisanal, sustainable and all-natural soups, bone broths, salad dressings and sauces. His expertise in the kitchen was gained from his time at The Culinary Institute of America where he received a degree in culinary arts. This background resulted in his role as a Volunteer Chef at the White House when he participated in the USDA Nutrition Education program called “Chefs Move to Schools”.
Active in his local community, Robert served as Treasurer and Board Member for Curbing Hunger of Somerset County and was a youth sports coach in Basking Ridge. Other volunteer activities include organizing the First Annual “National Hunger Day,” which rallied chefs from the American Culinary Federation for a March on Washington and Congressional meetings. He was also a Member of the Corporation of The Culinary Institute of America. A proud graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising, he volunteers his time at College Fairs and interviews as an Alumni Admissions Representative, is Vice President of the SU Central New Jersey Alumni Club, and is a visiting lecturer in Food Studies and Nutrition for the University’s Falk School.
Robert currently resides in Oldwick with his wife Mary Ann, their four children Kayla, Fallon, Arin and Jacob, and their rescue dog Bernie. In his free time, Robert enjoys cooking, wine tasting, golf, tennis, biking and relaxing at the beach.
Friends and co-workers describe Robert as outgoing, helpful, compassionate, successful and an innovator. “I believe I am a trusted advisor, always having my client’s interests as my first priority. I listen carefully and offer my guidance to ensure that my clients have a positive experience.”
